Sono, meaning “I am” in Italian, is my first restaurant, opening in March 2026. It reflects my journey as a chef and honors my Korean heritage, bringing both together in New York City’s first Korean-Italian trattoria. Sono is a personal expression of culture, craft, and creativity, and I can’t wait to share what we’ve been building.
